ACCESS FOR EVERYONE

Accessibility Statement

Making access easier, wherever we can.

This statement explains DTB’s current approach to accessibility, the adjustments we can consider, and how to tell us if something is getting in the way.

Last updated: September 2026

We may update this policy from time to time. the latest version will always be available on this page.

DTB Enterprises Ltd (“DTB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) wants its website and services to be as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.

We recognise that accessibility needs vary and may relate to physical or sensory disability, neurodivergence, learning differences, cognitive needs, communication preferences, temporary impairments or other circumstances.

Accessibility is something we intend to continue improving as DTB develops.

1. Our current approach

DTB aims to make its website and services clear, usable and straightforward to access.

Some accessibility features are already in place, including the use of alternative text for images where possible and a generally clear, structured page layout.

However, the website has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit, so there may be barriers that DTB has not yet identified.

We do not currently claim that the website fully meets a particular accessibility standard.

2. Website accessibility

We aim, where reasonably possible, to provide:

  • clear page headings and structure;

  • readable text and layouts;

  • alternative text for informative images;

  • consistent navigation;

  • clear links and buttons;

  • straightforward forms and instructions;

  • responsive layouts across different screen sizes; and

  • content that is written in clear and understandable language.

Some aspects of the website may depend on the functionality provided by our website platform or third-party services, which means we may not have full control over every accessibility feature.

3. Reasonable adjustments and accessible services

Accessibility is not limited to the website.

If you want to use a DTB service and need a reasonable adjustment or a different way of accessing information or support, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances, adjustments may include:

  • providing information in a different format;

  • using a different communication method;

  • adapting how a meeting or session is delivered;

  • allowing additional time;

  • simplifying or clarifying written information;

  • using an alternative form or process where possible;

  • adjusting how materials are provided;

  • making practical changes to support participation.

We will consider requests individually and will try to provide reasonable alternatives where we can.

4. Neurodiversity and different ways of accessing information

DTB recognises that people process information, communicate and engage in different ways.

This may include people who are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia or other neurodivergent profiles, as well as people with learning differences, cognitive needs or communication preferences.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to offer flexibility in how information is provided and how people engage with our services.

We do not assume that one format, communication style or way of working will suit everyone.

5. Third-party platforms and external services

Some DTB services rely on third-party platforms or external websites.

These may include:

  • Microsoft Forms;

  • booking and scheduling systems;

  • payment providers;

  • travel platforms;

  • communications tools;

  • e-commerce services; and

  • other linked or embedded services.

DTB does not fully control the accessibility of these platforms.

We aim to use reputable providers and will consider accessibility when selecting or reviewing systems, but third-party services may not meet the same accessibility expectations as the main DTB website.

If you experience an accessibility problem with a third-party service used as part of a DTB process, please contact us and we will consider whether an alternative route is reasonably available.

6. Known limitations

The DTB website has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit.

As a result, there may be accessibility barriers or technical issues that we are not currently aware of.

Potential limitations may also arise from:

  • website-builder functionality;

  • third-party integrations;

  • embedded content;

  • external booking or payment systems; or

  • differences in how browsers and assistive technologies interact with the site.

We intend to review and improve accessibility over time as the website and services develop.

7. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you experience difficulty using the website, accessing information or engaging with a DTB service, please let us know.

It is helpful if you can tell us:

  • which page, service or feature caused the problem;

  • what difficulty you experienced; and

  • what would make the information or service easier for you to access.

You do not need to use technical accessibility terminology.
